Program Overview

A structured accelerator to build IPO-ready, investor-grade SMEs.

Yaniva works as an extended CXO bench for your SME—blending mentoring, consulting and execution support to make governance, discipline and growth part of your culture.

Founder-first mentoring

One-to-one working sessions with experienced entrepreneurs, CFOs and board advisors who have navigated growth and capital markets—not just classroom speakers.

Monthly strategic reviews + on-demand sounding board.

Governance & compliance spine

Build the policies, processes and documentation that sit behind credible boards and listed companies—risk, related-party, audit, HR and whistle-blower structures.

Designed to create comfort for auditors, bankers and regulators.

Performance & MIS discipline

Implement practical MIS dashboards and review rhythms so that performance is tracked, understood and acted upon every month and quarter.

From Excel chaos to consistent review culture.

Investor story & IPO planning

Clarify your positioning, growth levers, capital plan and use-of-proceeds narrative. These later evolve into pitch decks and DRHP inputs.

Built to resonate with institutional and Pre-IPO investors.

Business profile

Typical Yaniva SMEs share these traits:

  • ₹20–250 Cr annual revenue or clear path to reach there.
  • Profitable or near-breakeven with sound unit economics.
  • Scalable business model in a growing market.

Founder mindset

  • Openness to external oversight and honest reviews.
  • Serious intent to explore IPO within 3–4 years.
  • Willingness to invest time every month into the journey.

Program commitment

What the journey requires from you:

  • Founder participation in monthly mentoring sessions.
  • Leadership team involvement for implementation.
  • Access to data, auditors and relevant advisors.
How It Works

Blending mentoring, consulting and execution support.

A clear structure so every month and quarter has defined priorities, owners and outcomes.

  • 1. Discovery & diagnostic (Weeks 1–4)

Deep dive into your business model, financials, compliance status and ambitions. Outcome: a customised IPO readiness roadmap and priority action plan.

  • 2. Monthly founder mentoring

Structured strategy and governance sessions with Yaniva mentors, anchored in your numbers and real decisions—not theory slides.

  • 3. Quarterly board-style reviews

Simulated listed-company discipline: performance dashboards, risk view, compliance review and capital planning every quarter.

  • 4. Specialist interventions when needed

Domain experts—CFOs, lawyers, HR leaders, bankers, tech advisors—are looped in for specific challenges and milestones.

Mentors & Outcomes

Guided by people who’ve built and governed real companies.

Yaniva’s mentor bench combines entrepreneurs, CFOs and independent directors familiar with growth, governance and IPO journeys.

FAQ & Applications

Your questions, answered.

If you need more clarity, share your details below and we’ll schedule a confidential discussion.

Is Yaniva a training course or a consulting engagement?

It’s a hybrid, execution-focused model. We combine structured mentoring with hands-on support for governance, MIS and strategy, anchored in your real numbers and context.

Do you guarantee an IPO in 36 months?

No one can ethically guarantee a listing timeline. What Yaniva guarantees is a disciplined roadmap and support to make your company IPO-ready. Actual listing depends on markets, bankers, regulators and your execution.

We are not fully compliant today. Can we still apply?

Yes. Many SMEs begin the journey with significant gaps. Phase 1 of the program is explicitly designed to identify, prioritise and address those gaps in a practical, business-friendly manner.

Is this program restricted to certain sectors?

Yaniva is sector-agnostic but focuses on SMEs with strong fundamentals, recurring demand and growth visibility across manufacturing, B2B services, consumer and niche tech.

Make the first call count

To make our initial discussion productive, it helps if you have:

  • Latest audited financials (if available).
  • High-level revenue and margin trends for 2–3 years.
  • Any draft thoughts on IPO timing and venue.
  • Your top 3 questions about readiness or timing.

Even if you feel it is "too early", an early view can help avoid rushed or poorly-timed listing attempts later.
